Can I add herbs or shampoo to the tank?

Clean water only. Use liquid botanical extracts for the steam mode. To prevent clogs, never add solid herbs or shampoo into the tank.

Why the water tank is not heating?

Please Check 3 things:

1.Device is powered on.

2.Water level above minimum.

3.Temperature setting is high enough.

No water or abnormal flow from the gold ring?

1.Check filter for clog or looseness. Clean when off, tighten firmly.

2.Do not remove filter while pump is running.

3.Pump self-protection: stops after 5s, restarts in 10s.

4.Enters sleep mode if no water flow. Unplug for 30s to reset.

Can I use a standard wall outlet?

Requires a dedicated 16A socket. Due to high 1900W power, do not use standard 10A home outlets or thin extension cords.

What precautions should be taken when using the water tank?

1.Ensure water is in the tank before plugging in.

2.Do not plug in or operate without water.

3.Add water immediately if the level indicator shows empty.

(Note: The heater will not work when water is too low.)
